The Niagara Power Corridor project is the development of a new double circuit 230 kV transmission line and substation along the St. Lawrence Seaway. The new line and substation will supply power to a new Electric Vehicle (EV) battery separator manufacturing plant, planned by Asahi Kasei Battery Separator Canada Corporation in Port Colborne, Ontario.
